Description
This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
Ocean Drive is a lively part of North Myrtle Beach, with beach days, local dining, and Main Street’s shops and entertainment close by. Just one block from the beach, Savage Sands makes it easy to enjoy the coast while having plenty of room to gather with family and friends.
This spacious house features 6 bedrooms, 5 full bathrooms, and a half bath, accommodating up to 26 guests. Cool off in the new 12-by-28-foot pool, complete with a tanning ledge and depths ranging from 3 to 5½ feet. Pool heating is available March through May and September through November. Inside, enjoy a game room with a pool table, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and an elevator. Three tiled showers, two garden tubs, a dishwasher, washer and dryer, and outdoor shower add convenience. Cornhole boards and an empty garage for guest use round out the amenities.

Savage Sands is a great family vacation house. Plenty of room (6 bedrooms, 2 large living rooms, and a gorgeous pool & hot tub. Only 1 block from the beach is very walkable, and plenty of parking with a two car garage. We had a great week with extended family, sorry to have to leave.
House is fantastic. Could not get the spa to heat, but it is a great place.

The house was clean and suited our needs. I'm not sure we were made aware that the beds would not be made.
Property was exactly as listed and was the perfect size for our family trip. We loved the location. The surrounding neighborhood was so peaceful, it was great to enjoy a cup of coffee on the porch in the morning and listen to the ocean. Found two palmetto bugs in the property during our stay, but we notified host and they offered to have exterminator come out right away. Host was very responsive to any questions and concerns and always answered very quickly
This house was perfect for a large family. We have 8 adults and 8 kids between ages of 1 & 12. Everyone had plenty of bed space, room to sit together for meals, and room to play. There were also plenty of parking spaces which was great. You can tell the Savage’s put lots of love into this home, the family pictures made it feel like home. We will definitely be staying here again!
This is the second time we have stayed at this property. There was 5 families that stayed this time and the the size is perfect! I would definitely rent this house over and over again!
We loved this house , the size was perfect for a family of 15 , including 7 children ages 2-12 . The beach is walking distance from the house and close to many attractions. Our family had a perfect vacation! Would definitely rent again .
Hot tub was not working when we arrived but Elliott Realty came and fixed it right away. Beautiful stay.
We visited Myrtle Beach for a group golf trip and our accommodations were PERFECT!!! The house matches the listing to a T. All the amenities, the location, the space was perfect for our group!!
Our stay was really enjoyable. There were some issues with the spa but Elliot was on top of it and it was fixed and we really enjoyed it.
