This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

This pet-friendly duplex features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with room for up to 16 guests. Cool off in the shared outdoor pool, challenge your crew to a game of pool in the shared game room, or settle in for a movie on the 46-inch living room TV. Each bedroom has a 40-inch flatscreen TV, while the dishwasher and in-unit washer and dryer help keep vacation routines simple. An outdoor shower is handy after sandy beach days, and porch gates add convenience for guests traveling with dogs.

Great location convenient to everything. Beautiful ocean views. Everything seems to be working. Love the washer and dryer. Elliott Realty has great customer services. All in all we had a great stay

It is a very clean, well maintained, and updated duplex. The few minor hiccups we experienced were quickly resolved by the owner who left their personal number posted in the condo. They were incredibly responsive and helpful. We did not originally rent this duplex and were moved after the original rental we had paid for was faulty. This rental was our saving grace and kept our stay on track for a fun filled week. We are very thankful for Sea Aire and its ownership.
The house itself is nice. The location is great and the view is beautiful. It’s a bit outdated but overall decent.
