This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
There’s a special charm to Cherry Grove, where fishing boats dot the water, the shoreline invites long beach walks, and the beloved Cherry Grove Pier gives the neighborhood its classic coastal character. Sea Aire II Duplex Up puts you right along the oceanfront, with Atlantic views from the balcony and an easy walk to the pier whenever you’re ready to explore.
This pet-friendly house has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with space for up to 16 guests. Spend sunny afternoons cooling off in the shared outdoor pool, then head to the shared game room for a friendly round of pool. After a day at the beach, rinse away the sand in the outdoor shower and relax with a movie on the 50-inch living room TV. The bedrooms have 32-inch flatscreen TVs, while a dishwasher and in-unit washer and dryer help make group stays easier. Porch gates add convenience for guests bringing their dogs.

This was the best stay we have every had. This home was very clean, location is awesome the pool was great as well.
Loved the oceanfront view and the family enjoyed the pool. The minor issues were addressed immediately.

We had a good time.
We stayed in the upper level. It was clean, comfortable and had been recently renovated to include new appliances and comfortable and upscale furnishings. We loved everything about it. The ocean front porch was incredible. I would like to have had an outside table for dining but the rocking chairs were perfect - our favorite spot all day and into the evening.
