This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties are allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash, and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

This spacious house features 6 bedrooms, 6 full bathrooms, and a half bath, comfortably accommodating up to 22 guests for a family getaway. Cool off in the 12-by-24-foot private pool, with a depth of 5 feet at its deepest end, then fire up the grill for an outdoor meal on the covered, furnished porch. An oceanfront balcony gives you another inviting spot to take in the view. Inside, two 75-inch flatscreen TVs with access to the Spectrum streaming app provide entertainment after a day in the sun. A dishwasher, in-unit washer and dryer, outdoor shower, and included departure maid service add convenience.

We stayed at Elliott’s house for a week and it was nothing short of perfection. My family and I made so many memories here, and we can’t wait to stay again. The location is perfect, the house is large yet cozy, and the pool and hot tub were awesome. The only problem I had was getting my kids to come inside to eat! We will certainly be back. Highly recommend!
The house was very clean and remodeled. We loved the layout, it fit our extended family’s needs perfectly. The pool was a little small for our size family, when all 12 people were in, it was very tight.
Had a concern about the pool pump, but the service guy came out within 45 minutes of the phone call. Outstanding response. However, the pool lights did not come on last night until 11 PM.
Excellent! Beautiful home. One thing, both blenders don't work. Leak. Making do, but may need to be replaced.
