This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties are allowed. Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash, and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

Just two blocks from the beach, Sea Grass puts the shoreline within easy reach, whether you’re heading out for an early walk, spending the day by the waves, or coming back for a break between beach adventures.
With 7 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, this spacious house sleeps up to 14 guests, giving family and friends plenty of room to unwind together. When the sun starts to dip, fire up the gas grill or charcoal grill and gather for a relaxed cookout filled with good food and conversation. A dishwasher and in-unit washer and dryer make it easier to settle in and enjoy your time away. Bringing a motorcycle or trailer? Both are allowed at Sea Grass, making it convenient to travel with your own ride.
