Seamarsh1 701 is a beautiful condo. It is decorated so well. the kitchen is completely stocked withEverything you could possibly need. Kitchen has all modern appliances. Furniture and the beds are so comfortable and cozy. The views from the balcony wonderful could not ask for any better. The only thing this condo needs is non-slip strips in the bathtub we will definitely be back probably next year.
The condo itself is phenomenal. Love love love it. The master bed and back bedroom beds were so comfortable. It is fully stocked with plates, flatware, etc. it is beautiful. However this was the worst cleaning I have ever experienced with renting from Elliott. There was dirt all over the floors. There were coffee stains on the floors and counters. The dishes were dirty when we took them out of the cabinets. There was a drawer in one of the bedrooms that was full of candy wrappers (Smarties to be exact). We found that when searching drawers to make sure my son and family didn’t leave anything. Under the chairs and couch, there is dirt, trash and old food. I don’t know when the last time someone washed the furniture covers. They are full of sand. The master bedroom tub was full of sand when we arrived. Otherwise this was a great vacation rental.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo and truly enjoyed our time here. The space was very nice, comfortable, and well-kept overall, making it a great place to relax and unwind.
One small suggestion would be to add anti-slip strips or mats in the tubs, as they can be a bit slippery. Other than those minor points, everything was great. We would definitely recommend this condo to others and would happily return for another stay!
