We stayed at Sea Pointe 906 for two weeks in May, as well as two weeks in May, 2025. This year was a pleasant surprise because the unit had been freshly painted, many special touches that added a welcoming feeling to us. It was very clean, beautiful tile flooring, plenty of books to read and lovely decor. The kitchen and bath were well stocked and we found everything we needed for an enjoyable beach vacation. We have stayed at Sea Pointe many times since 2005, but had decided this would be our last time there IF the very well worn, grungy carpet was still covering the common areas. It must have been the original carpet installed when the complex was new. To our delight and surprise, it had been removed,carpet was gone, and the concrete floors have a beautiful healthier finish! We so appreciated the change! One of the main reasons we chose 906 was the high balcony chairs and table. We spend many hours on the balcony enjoying every meal there as we watch the birds, the children playing on the beach, the surfers, the parasailers, and the fishermen. Our two weeks included the Memorial Day weekend, and a very rare disturbance of partying by a group on the same floor was very unsettling.  Also, since we are seniors, a stationary bar would be helpful getting in and out of the tub, and putting a hook on the back of the bathroom door would give a place to hang towels or clothing would be nice. Our stay at 906 was wonderful! We are thinking about three weeks next year at Cherry Grove. 906 will definitely be our first choice. Our relationship with Elliott goes back to our first North Myrtle vacation. They have been amazing through the years. The few calls we have made to them met an immediate and positive response. Very reassuring and gives us peace of mind knowing we can count on their services if needed.

The place was clean. No WiFi and the front door hinge was broken. Elliot’s did get these issues resolved.

The maintenance crew came in for an issue, very professional and the unit was very clean. The pool was down and Elliott Realty made sure we were compensated for this issue. We will be back and will only rent through them,
