Description
This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
Windy Hill is a lovely spot to enjoy a North Myrtle Beach vacation, with oceanfront scenery and the beach right outside your door. Seaclusion B makes it easy to settle in with family and friends, offering an oceanfront balcony for taking in the view and space for up to 23 guests across 8 bedrooms, 7 full bathrooms, and 2 half bathrooms.
The shared pool and kiddie pool are open March 15 through October 15, and the hot tub is heated April 15 through October 15. It has no jets, but it’s another place to unwind after a day outdoors. For indoor fun, the game room features pool, foosball, poker, and shuffleboard tables, plus a 50-inch Smart TV. A 55-inch gaming TV with HDMI connection only and a 46-inch HDTV Smart TV in the living room provide more entertainment. A wet-bar mini fridge, park-style grill, outdoor shower, dishwasher, in-unit washer and dryer, and free long-distance calling add convenience.
