This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties are allowed. Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash, and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
Myrtle Beach offers a classic Grand Strand getaway, where days at the beach pair with coastal scenery and time spent relaxing with family and friends. Seascape sits just across the street from the beach, giving you an easy home base for enjoying the shoreline and making the most of your time by the coast.
This 4-bedroom house features 3 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests. After a day in the sand, rinse off in the outdoor shower or cool down with a swim in the community pool. The community grill offers another way to enjoy time outdoors, while the dishwasher and in-unit washer and dryer help keep vacation chores manageable. Whether you’re planning full days by the water or laid-back evenings together, Seascape gives everyone room to unwind.

Great place
Great place, awesome location
it was perfect
Home was on in a convenient area. Lots of room.
It's a beautiful place would highly recommend again.
This quiet neighborhood is exactly what our family needed for a trip to North Myrtle Beach. Spacious with enough room for the whole family and just a short walk to the beach. We really enjoyed the arcade cabinet on the top floor. The bed was super comfortable and that shower .... wow! End of the day it was worth every penny.
