Description
This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties are allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash, and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
Windy Hill is a wonderful place to enjoy a beach getaway, with ocean views, salty breezes, and plenty of opportunities to unwind by the shore. Seaside Days B puts you right on the oceanfront, where you can take in the scenery from your balcony and enjoy a relaxing stay with family and friends. This spacious, pet-friendly house features 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, and over 3,100 square feet of heated living space, comfortably sleeping up to 20 guests.
An elevator makes getting between floors easier, while the shared outdoor pool offers a refreshing alternative to the beach. Inside, the game room features foosball and a game table, and Smart TVs with cable provide entertainment throughout the home, including a 52-inch flatscreen. Granite countertops, tile flooring, a dishwasher, and an in-unit washer and dryer add convenience, while an in-home UV air purifier helps keep the air circulating. Four bedrooms feature private balconies, and two charcoal grills are ready for outdoor meals. An outdoor shower makes rinsing off after a day in the sand easy, and an iron with a small ironing board helps you get ready for a night out.

Close location to Etown and plenty of beds to accommodate a large party. For the short stay it served it purpose and was priced reasonably.

We stayed in Seaside Days B the week of May 30 - June 6, 2026. The unit was perfect for our families and dogs- spacious, well-equipped, and very comfortable! The ocean front views are spectacular from each and every balcony. There were some loose boards along the walkway to the beach that were repaired quickly by Elliott. We highly recommend this property!

Loved our stay at Seaside Days B!! This was our first experience renting from Elliott and we were very pleased. I texted for Maintenance and we received prompt service from a very nice repairman. We were told to take any trash to the NMB Solid Waste station after the trash run on Friday. When we took trash to the site, it was closed and sign said they were closed on Saturday & Sunday. Called Mary Beth at Elliott and was told we could go ahead and fill the trash bin at our rental and put it curbside which we did. All in all it was a great rental and our family had a great week!
This is a nice place to stay. Easy access to the beach and close to shopping and grocery stores.
They thought of EVERYTHING! An individual icemaker unit that filled up quickly so we had enough for a full day on the beach. 2 dishwashers! Regular fridge & mini fridge. Elevator was great getting heavy luggage up at arrival and down for departure. Oceanfront, so the view from the balconies was amazing. Elliott (manager) was courteous, professional, and friendly. Emails and texts reminding us of important information and a place to call if issues arose (which they did not). When I say this was perfect for our family, I sincerely mean it. Everything from beginning to end was beautiful. This was our second year in this unit and we couldn't be more pleased.

Location was awesome. The house was great size for us and extended family and right on the beach. So close to tons of shopping and dining places. Elliott Beach Rental staff were very kind. Would definitely stay there again.

We stayed at Sunside Days B before Covid and it was so perfect for us that we decided to return. A large place with plenty of space, it allowed our family pets to join us and having the elevator were just a few of the perks.. The pool, even though small, was perfect for those of us to continue our water exercises. Unfortunately the pool area did not have access for handicapped. We certainly hope to return to Seaside someday to get refilled.
