This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties are allowed. Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash, and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

This 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom house sleeps up to 12 guests, making it a welcoming retreat for family and friends.
Enjoy the fresh air in the outdoor living space, sway in the hammock, or gather around the firepit as the evening cools. Cornhole and bocce ball bring a little friendly competition to the day, while the gas grill is ready for easy cookouts. We had an amazing stay at this beach house! The location was perfect just steps from the beach and close to everything we wanted to do. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. One of our favorite parts was spending evenings around the fire pit making s’mores and creating wonderful family memories under the stars. The cornhole setup was a huge hit and provided hours of fun for both kids and adults. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the couches were just as cozy, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Every detail made us feel right at home. If you’re looking for a beach vacation with great outdoor amenities, comfortable accommodations, and a fantastic location, this is the place to stay. We can’t wait to come back! 🌊🏖️🔥🍫⭐️
This is the second time we’ve stayed here- the house is pretty, the location is great.
SEE BISCUIT was the perfect house for us during our recent family reunion. Perfect location with easy access to the beach, close by family (also Elliott rental) and access to grocery store and attractions. Kitchen and dining area were adequate for our busy group of 10. The Elliott office staff was most cordial and accommodating.
The beach house offered wonderful scenery, optimal space, and the cleanliest conditions! We are especially grateful to have found such welcoming accommodations in its large kitchen and several areas for entertainment throughout the house and outdoors. The See Biscuit was the perfect spot for our family getaway!
