This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties are allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash, and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
Cherry Grove is a favorite for a North Myrtle Beach beach escape, with coastal views, sandy shores, and a relaxed atmosphere that makes it easy to settle into vacation mode. Shell Yeah brings that beachside feeling home with comfortable outdoor spaces and two decks, including one with an ocean view. This 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom house sleeps up to 14 guests, giving family and friends room to make memories together.
Start your morning with a coffee from the Keurig, which offers both a carafe and pods, then enjoy the fresh air from the deck off the living room or primary bedroom. After a day at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower and fire up the grill for an easy dinner. Inside, enjoy a 75-inch living room TV, a 60-inch TV in the primary bedroom, Roku streaming, and even a Bluetooth speaker in the bathroom. A versatile toaster oven, dishwasher, and in-unit washer and dryer add everyday convenience, while an outdoor TV lets the fun continue outside.

Awesome property!
It is a nice place. We came for rest and relaxation. That is what we got at this place. All the appliances worked and the beds were comfortable. The place is peaceful. With beautiful decor and nice furniture. We will definitely come back.
The house was large and comfortable. We loved the pool, spent many hours on the balcony. Loved that it was covered and uncovered. The indoor outdoor room was a big hit!
We had a great say at Shell Yeah. The house was well located and well equipped with everything needed. We added the linen service which was very helpful and highly recommended. Check-in and check-out was easy and well organized. Text communications from Eliott Realty about trash and recycling days were very helpful. We didn't have any issues during our stay. It was a great property and Elliott Realy was very organized and easy to deal with. Would definitely rent from this company again!
This place is a hidden gem. So many little touches made it feel like home in just the short amount of time we were there. Very close to the beach.
