This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties are allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash, and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
Cherry Grove is a favorite spot for a North Myrtle Beach getaway, where you can spend your days on the sand, enjoy the laid-back coastal atmosphere, and take in the scenery along the nearby inlet. With the ocean just across the street, Shore Beats The Heat makes it easy to enjoy beach time whenever the mood strikes.
This welcoming house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and room to sleep up to 12 guests, giving family and friends space to relax together. After a day by the water, rinse off in the outdoor shower before firing up the gas grill for a casual cookout. The kitchen’s granite countertops add a polished touch, while the dishwasher and on-premises laundry help keep vacation routines simple. When it’s time to settle in, gather in the living room for a movie on the 55-inch Smart TV with cable.

The location and pool are great
Perfect location in Cherry Grove. The pool was gorgeous and very well maintained. The beds and bedroom sizes were very comfortable. Would suggest an additional outdoor trash receptacle. With a large group who ate and cooked at home we were going through lots of trash.
Great place!
The property location was perfect for beach access! We could see the beach from the front porch and literally walk across the street to get there. The back porch offered a beautiful view of the channel, perfect for relaxing. The pool looked great as well; it was just a bit too chilly outside for us to enjoy it this time. Parking was excellent and easily accommodated all of our vehicles, including a few larger SUVs. The home itself was exactly as pictured, clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The layout worked perfectly for our family, with two bedrooms and a bathroom on each side of the living room, providing plenty of space for everyone. We enjoyed our time there and would definitely stay again!
