Description
The Arbor 302 is a two-bedroom, two full bath located in the heart of Myrtle Beach and close to everything you need to have fun on your next beach vacation. The condo has all the comforts of home and you’re not far from the beach. There is space for gathering and also space to spread out if you’re in need of some quiet time. Families and golf groups can each enjoy The Arbor 302. The condo is painted with a bright yellow, creating a warm and inviting environment that will remind you of the South Carolina sunshine. No matter what you’re looking for, whether you want an action-packed vacation or a laid back holiday, you will find it in Myrtle Beach.
Amenities at The Arbor 302 include an in-unit washer and dryer and central heating and air. Throw your beach towels in the washer and go about your day without having to worry about laundry piling up. You’ll be comfortable no matter the time of year. Stay entertained with flatscreen TVs and WIFI. Having a TV in the living room means family movie nights. Pop up some buttery popcorn and watch the latest release. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher and a toaster oven.
The balcony will become a favorite place to spend your time The balcony sits over the treetops. You can see miles of blue sky. There is a lot of seating, including a covered place to sit together. The home was a very clean and very comfortable space. my son had a blast playing inside and out on the deck as well as down at the pool.
My family and I had a great time. We stayed during Hurricane Debbie so we had to stay indoors a good bit. The place was great. We will definitely be trying to stay there again.
Everything was very nice.
We all enjoyed the time we spent in Myrtle Beach and Elliott Beach Rentals just made it easy. Location and convenience is all this property offers. I recommend.
My daughters and I needed an affordable place for a competition and didn't want to stay at a hotel. This was perfect for the 3 of us and was much less than some hotels. It was in a great location and the pool was so quiet and peaceful! We didn't get to the beach but it was very close. We appreciated the fully stocked kitchen and the large patio to eat on. Thank you for letting us enjoy your home! We will surely be back!
We had a couple issues with checking in and figuring out parking but Elliot was very responsive and made it a smooth process. 10/10 would recommend, very clean home and in a great location. Would recommend Elliot’s home to anyone looking for a quiet cozy area to stay in!!
