This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties are allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash, and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
There will be no need to work up an appetite for spending a summer vacation by the beach and near the ocean. It is practically as intrinsic a desire as drinking water or breathing air. Only 2 blocks from the beach; convenient to the grocery store or other locations; the house was very clean and accommodated 6 adult houseguests. Loved it! We will definitely go back again!
The location was in close proximity to the boardwalk, beach, local attractions, and restaurants. The house was cozy, but spacious and well decorated. All necessary kitchen items were included as well as basic supplies (paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, dish sponges).
The house is in a great location! Only about a block from the beach and fun activities!

This house was amazing and so beautiful with such a short walk to the beach in an area less crowded than the original condo!!!! We were so thankful for how understanding you guys were and we appreciate you being so considerate in helping us with this house
Property was exactly as it looked. Beautifully decorated and comfortable. My family loves tv's and unfortunately the bedrooms do not have them. We did, however, bring our own and vacation was a blast. We enjoyed everything about being in this property and location and would come again. Highly recommend!!!!
