This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties are allowed. Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash, and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

Good Times and Tan Lines gives your group a comfortable place to unwind, with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and room for up to 11 guests.
