This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

The home contains modern furniture and décor along with hardwood flooring, flatscreen TVs, full-size kitchen appliances, a washer and dryer combo, plus more! The front of the home is decorated with tall palm trees and other foliage that adds pizazz to the property’s exterior.

Everything was very good
Good stay great host great location
Our stay here was nothing short of amazing. It felt like home away from home. Everything we needed was provided in the home for basic needs and we had close access to the beach.

It was a good stay. Nice place and quiet area.
We felt at home away from home at Elliott's place the moment we walked in the front door. It reminded us of the south beach cottages we stayed in 5 years ago, but smaller and perfect for the 2 of us. It definitely could of accommodated more people as well. This was a very special trip as my now fiance proposed our first full day and night there! We were able to do all of our favorite things, everything was close by. The pool was easy to get too and perfect on the days we didn't quite feel like going to the beach. Elliott was very proactive and responsive! We would definitely stay here again!

Very clean, super helpful in the office, we were able to arrange an early check in due to a photography appointment the day of our arrival. Overall a great stay and super cute house! 10/10 would stay again.

Beautiful and clean house. Stocked with everything you could possibly need. Excellent communication with rental staff. 3 min walk to the beach 5 min walk to walmart supermarket. Easy check in and out. Highly recommend.
The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the downstairs bathroom shower had great water pressure. The property was literally 8 minutes to all the shops, restaurants, mall, and activities, plus two blocks to the beach.

Love how close it is to the beach! Walmart right down the road easy walk. The house is comfortable had almost everything we needed for a great vacation.
The property is super cute. Fun pool near the house. Would have preferred a different entrance for the beach area but wasn’t a problem to drive there.

This property surpassed my expectations and it was close to everything we needed to visit. The beach was few blocks away and other interest places were in working distance like the family kingdom. The place was wellkept and very clean when we checked in. Also we had all the things we needed for the beach. I will definitely try to come back again.
