We enjoyed a special birthday celebration for cousin Cathy with many family members and special friends. Plenty of space to relax and visit and enjoy great meals. Two suggestions, a shower mat outside the shower and small mat at door from deck.

When I was en-route, about 4 hours away, I received a call from Tyra at Elliott Beach Rentals to inform me that there were painters at the property and she was working diligently to place us in something equivalent or better. She apologized for the inconvenience and promised to make things right. And that's exactly what she did. It wasn't long before she emailed two listings to me that far exceeded our expectations. This property we chose was significantly better than the original property at no additional cost. Our experience with Elliot Beach Rentals was top knotch. They showed themselves to be a company who keeps their word and puts the client first. Tyra provided some of the best customer service I have ever received.

Very impressed with this beach house to accommodate 12 water aerobics seniors with beds and bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked with cups, glasses and plates and other utensils necessary, two dishwashers two refrigerators/freezers and oven and a microwave and an ice maker in the living area. Large tv for theatre room and pool table on the third floor. There was Parking for 6 cars from Juliet side, and beach access on pier with steps to beach from pool side. Shower and rinse station on pool side. Pool was clean. Beautiful view of the ocean from 2nd floor balcony with rocking chairs and table and chairs, on the balcony to enjoy morning coffee (Keurig And coffee Machine available) or can sit on the inside barstools as well along luxurious kitchen. Two large dining room tables and chairs were plenty of space to seat us all. Recommend to bring extra toilet paper and paper towels Maybe dish towels and potholders for the stay.

The house and access to the beach very nice. Furniture is very nice. Pot holders needed. Need updated pillows and sheets. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to future visits. Thank you.

 I feel the linen package should include a couple dish towels and rags so you don’t have to purchase or bring those. Linen package did not include hand towels either. House was very spacious and nicely set up to accommodate large families with the living room and kitchen having enough seats for all. House was very clean. Pool and hot tub were very nice. We didn’t spend any time in the game room but the extra refrigerator up there was nice. Outdoor porch furniture was very comfortable. We used the gas grill and worked well and there was an extra propane tank available. Kitchen was pretty well stocked. Gas stove didn’t go very low flame so watch when you need to simmer. Steep steps down to the beach, but an easy walk over to the public access for our family member that can’t do steps. We had a great week and would rent Juliet again. The design with the other side of the duplex is very well thought out with each unit getting a whole floor for the main living areas. And the shared floor is the game room area. Private pool and hot tub for each side as well.

Been coming to Cherry Grove Beach for thirty years and have never rented a House so beautiful and comfortable and clean. The pool and hot tub were well maintained and the beds were comfortable and the linens fresh. The view was the best on the beach and the private access was the envy of the surrounding houses. Loved it and would hopefully be able to rent it again. The front office was friendly and prompt in responding to our requests. Thank you

The property is absolutely beautiful! Clean, spacious and comfortable. We've only had a few minor requests that were reconciled promptly. I would recommend having someone look at the door that leads from the house to the pool area, as it doesn't close securely without concentrated effort and checking the handle.

We stayed at Juliet 7/2025, enjoyed the duplex and the beach! We did not realize at high tide the ocean would come clear up to our walkway steps. The place was clean, well stocked and plenty of parking. You can’t ask for more than that! Wonderful family vacation!

Great house, great beach access. Could use a few updates in kitchen supplies

The house is great! The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the pool was so dirty when we got here and they said it hadn’t been cleaned for some time. We requested that they come And clean and it took 5 days to Get it done. Also, there are. O towel racks in the bathrooms. They need to add those. And filtered water would be great as well. Otherwise the house is great!

One of the best houses we have stayed in. Did have issues with the theater room tv and our tv in our bedroom. Neither ever worked properly. Otherwise very pleased!
