Description
This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties are allowed. Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash, and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
Windy Hill is a great home base for a North Myrtle Beach vacation, with sunny beach days, local dining, and shopping and entertainment at Barefoot Landing all part of the experience. Jus' Yungins brings a welcoming, home-away-from-home feel to your coastal getaway, with five bedrooms and three bathrooms providing space for up to 10 guests.
Oversized bedrooms offer room to spread out, while the bonus playroom gives everyone another spot to relax or have fun between outings. Start your morning rocking on the large front porch, then gather the provided beach chairs, two umbrellas, and beach cart for a day by the ocean. When you return, the in-unit washer and dryer make it easy to freshen up beach gear, and the dishwasher takes some of the work out of dinner cleanup. Perfect spot for our family. 4 BRs are big, all have actual furniture and big closets. Plenty of storage space. Kitchen is very well stocked - plenty of dishes and flatware, good selection of pots and pans, utensils etc. Furniture is comfy and in good shape. Only negatives are the dishwasher never got fully installed and ceiling fan in BR, 1st on left upstairs, is out of balance, so not very usable. All else was just great. Best condition of any place we’ve rented in B. We would rent this again. THA L YOU!
