This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed. 
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

Living Beach 2 is an amazing oceanfront rental house in the Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. With seven bedrooms and eight and one half baths guests can easily share this spacious abode for a wonderful beach vacation along the Eastern Seaboard.

Living Beach 2 is 4,750 square feet of luxury. This well maintained, beautifully appointed rental house is fully equipped with top of the line furnishings. This beach rental has everything from gorgeous granite counters to an elevator. There are  flatscreen TVs, DVD players, Blu-ray players, a game room with Foosball table and pool table as well as a wet bar with a fridge and an ice maker. An oceanfront balcony offers guests a fantastic view of the vast Atlantic Ocean. There are also two oceanfront master bedrooms and an outdoor swimming pool and hot tub.

Take the private walkway to the beach from Living Beach 2 and experience the sunshine, surf, and shore on your vacation. Try parasailing, Jet Skiing, or boating during your stay. Cast a line and see what you can catch. Stroll down the coast and enjoy the sand between your toes as the waves roll across the wide sandy beach and reveal beautiful shells.
