Description
This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
Cherry Grove offers a classic North Myrtle Beach escape, where ocean views and easy beach access make it simple to settle into vacation mode. Living Beach 4 puts you right on the oceanfront, with a balcony overlooking the Atlantic where you can enjoy the coastal scenery between trips to the sand. This pet-friendly house has four bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and one half bath, comfortably sleeping up to eight guests. Bring along your small dog, too—pets under 35 pounds are welcome. After a day at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower before gathering for a meal prepared with the help of the dishwasher-equipped kitchen. An in-unit washer and dryer make it easier to keep beach towels and vacation clothes fresh, while the grill is ready for relaxed outdoor meals.

Love the location and the interior is beautiful. Nice having a hot tub but wish there was a pool. Then it would be absolutely perfect!
AMAZING view & location 10/10. Literally steps to the beach. Elliott made check in and updates super easy. Great communication. For this to be a luxury home we were disappointed that the grill was not usable. It was completely rusted out. We had planned to cook most of our meals so we had to purchase a cheap grill from Boulineau’s. The swing was also rusted and did not look safe to use. There was a hot tub at the home but it was dirty and had a lot of sand and debris in it most of the week. We noticed that someone did put chemicals in it and cleaned it up later in the week. The house was spacious. Nice kitchen. Beds were comfy. Loved having 3 1/2 baths. The upstairs bonus area was great for the kids. The outdoor table and chairs were lovely. We had a wonderful week!! Would definitely enjoy staying here again in the future. The grill definitely needs updating.

Love our space! Has everything we need! Beautiful view of the ocean. 3 and a half bathrooms are perfect for our family of 8.

The porch on ocean front would be nice to have a shelter. Great large rooms love the downstairs bathroom
We thoroughly enjoyed our time there! It was very comfortable and well appointed to everything. It was well maintained but the deck could use better lighting and outdoor furniture
