This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
Cherry Grove brings a relaxed beach-town feel to North Myrtle Beach, where the shoreline is the main attraction and ocean views are part of everyday life. Magnificent Surf sits right on the oceanfront, with a furnished porch overlooking the waves and two oceanfront bedrooms for an especially memorable start to the day. This four-bedroom, two-bathroom house sleeps up to 10 guests, with maximum occupancy strictly enforced. After a morning on the sand, rinse off in the outdoor shower before gathering around the grill for an easy meal. A dishwasher and in-unit washer and dryer help take care of everyday vacation chores, leaving more time to unwind. The home also features a motionless mattress.
