This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties are allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash, and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
Cherry Grove has a laid-back coastal charm that makes it easy to settle into vacation mode, whether you’re spending the day by the water or enjoying a little time outdoors with your dog. Marsh Mellow gives you a comfortable home base in North Myrtle Beach, with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and space for up to seven guests.
The pet-friendly house features a wraparound porch, giving you room to enjoy the coastal air and unwind between outings. An outdoor lift adds a helpful convenience, while the outdoor shower makes rinsing off after a sandy beach day simple. When it’s time to eat, fire up the grill for a casual meal and let the dishwasher handle cleanup. An in-unit washer and dryer also make it easier to keep beachwear and towels fresh throughout your stay.
