What better place to vacation than at the beach? Sunshine, fresh salty air, and warm sand are all available to you at Mellow Yellow. You can rent this five bedroom, two full bathroom beach house and avoid the crowds at a hotel. Mellow Yellow is in the Ocean Drive section of North Myrtle Beach, just a short walk from the ocean and minutes from numerous shops, restaurants, and attractions. You will be delighted by all the indoor and outdoor amenities at Mellow Yellow!
Outside are three porches. Everyone can sit outside, and no one will feel crowded. There is both a streetside view and a tantalizing ocean view. There are rocking chairs and tables to enjoy at your leisure. Next comes the inviting interior. A spacious kitchen invites you to prepare large family meals. This kitchen is the heart of the home. A kitchen island is in the middle of the kitchen, surrounded by seating. You'll love the additional amenities: seven flatscreen TVs, WIFI, and a laundry room. There's a private conversation pool which is 3.5” deep. There is a grill and corn hole game. You can host the ultimate outdoor family BBQ. You will want for nothing!
You can spend as much time at the beach as possible since it’s only a short walk away. It’s so short you can smell the salty air from the top porch. Go swimming, jump waves, and wade in the moving water. Search for seashells to take home as the perfect souvenirs. Other beach activities include parasailing, jet skiing, kayaking, and more. When it's time to explore, you will discover why people love the Crescent Beach section of North Myrtle Beach. All ages will feel welcome in this friendly and unique area. Learn South Carolina’s official dance, the Shag, at one of the beloved beach clubs. Try fresh seafood or succulent steak at one of the locally-owned restaurants. The Cherry Grove Fishing Pier is a historic site with a two-story observation deck. You may see porpoises, turtles, and more from this beautiful vantage point. Head to the saltwater marsh to see egrets, herons, and fiddler crabs. There is always something to do in this bustling area. Head to Mellow Yellow and have a vacation you’ll never forget!

Place was really cozy and had enough space for my family and I to celebrate the Christmas holiday. Wasn't an oceanfront but we loved how you could see the beach from both front porches. Had some issues with the heating system when we first arrived and the customer service and host for the house were fast and very responsive the was addressed and fixed in no time. Rooms were kind of small but we're cozy. House could use soon upgrading and maybe some polishing to shine the wood but my family and I enjoyed our stay. I would recommend/stay again.
As always Elliot did not disappoint. We always go down in the summer, with a minimum of 12 family members. The house was amazing and as always, very accommodating.
