Description
This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
Cherry Grove is a wonderful place to bring family and friends together, with coastal scenery and plenty of opportunities to enjoy time on the water. Peddler’s Post makes room for a memorable group getaway with four bedrooms, five bathrooms, and space for up to 14 guests.
Take in a coastline view from the balcony, then head outside to enjoy the hot tub tucked into its own privacy area. For more outdoor fun, challenge your group to cornhole, ring toss, or darts, or fire up the grill for an easy meal together. Boaters will appreciate the boat ramp and floating dock, while the outdoor shower makes rinsing off after a day in the sun simple. Inside, hardwood floors and three tiled showers add comfort and style, and the dishwasher and in-unit washer and dryer help keep vacation routines easy.

We love the Peddlera Post. This is our second year staying at this property. It is always clean. We love the convince that every room has its own bathroom. Peddlers Post is one of the best properties we have stayed in. Short walk to the beach and friendly neighbors. Hot tub is nice and clean and rhe outside mini game room is an added bonus. There is not one thing I would change about the Peddlers Post.
Peddler’s Post is a great beach house.
Loved the house! Clean with everything we needed. Easy beach access. Loved the hot tub, dock and code secured doors. Parking was also very accommodating.
Awesome house loved everything about it
The property looked exactly like the pictures. Clean upon arrival. Great communication with the host.
We enjoyed our stay very much. The views were wonderful and water access amazing.
