This condo has one bedroom and one and one half bath, shared outdoor pool that can be heated for an additional fee. Pets are allowed for a refundable fee of $300, dogs must be walked off the property. This rental is two rows back from the ocean, washer and dryer in the unit with full size appliances. Two parking passes available for the unit. Condo is no smoking.
