This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
Cherry Grove makes it easy to settle into beach-town living, with coastal scenery, fresh ocean air, and plenty of ways to enjoy time outdoors. Sea La Vie gives you a comfortable place to return to after a day of exploring, with a coastline-view balcony and a private 12-by-20-foot swimming pool for cooling off in the sunshine.
This inviting house sleeps up to 12 guests across 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, making it easy to bring family and friends together. Inside, stainless steel appliances and a mix of tile and luxury vinyl plank flooring create a welcoming space, while memory foam mattresses offer a cozy place to recharge. After a day out, relax with satellite TV featuring 200 channels and DVR, or put on a movie on the 55-inch living room flatscreen. A second 55-inch TV in a bedroom adds another spot to unwind. With a dishwasher, in-unit washer and dryer, outdoor shower, gas grill, floating dock, and room for boat and jet ski trailers, Sea La Vie makes a coastal getaway feel effortless.

Nice house! We enjoyed the pool!
My family has stayed at Sea La Vie for the last 9 years. We love the house and the location. I am happy the current owner fixed the issues with the pool and pool deck. It was long overdue. Unfortunately, my family has grown and we need a bigger house so this is our last year at the house. We will miss this house.
House was clean, need to change out the mattress in the middle bedroom, bunk beds need new mattresses. New pots and pans please

It is a beautiful home. The dining area had a very nicely furnished kitchen The pool was just a perfect family size. Nice chairs around the pool with pretty costal colors
The Sea La Vie made for a perfect family vacation home. The pool was the perfect size for relaxation, the house was very roomy and beautifully decorated, and the dock was perfect for fishing, cleaning fish and docking the boat for the night. I hope to be back soon!
