This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced – any violation will result in eviction.
North Myrtle Beach is a favorite for coastal getaways, where ocean views and easy access to the sand make it simple to settle into vacation mode. Southern Charm puts you right on the oceanfront, with a balcony overlooking the water and plenty of space for family and friends to enjoy time together. This six-bedroom, seven-bathroom house sleeps up to 20 guests, with two detached rooms each featuring a queen bed for added flexibility.
A small detached den with a kitchenette offers another convenient spot to relax, while a crib helps accommodate the littlest travelers. Inside, enjoy an indoor jetted tub, ceiling fans throughout, and an ice machine for keeping drinks chilled. The dishwasher and in-unit washer and dryer make everyday vacation tasks easier, and an outdoor shower is handy after a day in the sand.

Great Place to stay
Great experience! Beautiful home. No misleading pictures in the listing. Plenty of linen, dishes, mugs, cups, cooking resources, etc… There were 10 of us and felt like not all the space was utilized because there was so much offered. After a couple annual trips, renting different properties, we have determined this will be our go-to next year.

Your house was perfect for our family time! I loved the quality of furniture, linen, and house carpentry! Loved the quiet private property and then right on the beach. The pool and hot tub were awesome- I only went in the hot tub once and it was amazing l! The bedrooms and bathrooms were amazing as well! Love the landscaping and pool table! Thank you for this wonderful opportunity! Loved it!!
Beautiful place!!!
We always enjoy coming here and staying with the family every time that we are able to book. We appreciate the environment, the backyard is beautiful on the pool in the spa. The house is very comfortable for the family, especially my elderly parents who come and stay in the master bedroom who are able to walk out and enjoy the patio and the pool makes it very easy for them. We appreciate the reality company who’s very engaged and very involved in the process knowing we’ve stayed other places in the past that have not been so welcoming and assisting. The only thing that my brother said is please leave instructions on how to use the spa to make it warm when we want to use it. It didn’t come on. It didn’t heat timely. The only thing we would advise is leaving some kind of instruction for the renter.
This is our 2nd time we have stayed in this house. My husband and I really like this house. It’s very cozy & beautiful. It’s just the right size for family and friends. 😊🩷
Love your home. For our family it seems like our own beach home. Last two seasons, we were unable to secure this wonderful house. We finally got it secured this year and next. We normally take our mom and dad down but they cannot come. They are in their 80s and my mother wasn’t feeling well so hopefully next year they will be able to join our family for this wonderful vacation. Love all the upgrades, I would recommend outdoor furniture covers. Already booked next season! Thank you for letting me stay at your wonderful beach home.

The beach house is well kept with many improvements over prior years. The area needing improvement is the beach access bridge over the dunes.
The house was wonderful and so relaxing.
Made more memories. Have rented this house multiple times the last 15 years. Excellent time.
