Description

Sugar Hill is the home to be during any holiday,, family function or just to relax for a week of pure bliss.  Sugar Hill has four bedrooms five full sized bathrooms with a half bath. Each bedroom has their own bathroom. With only one hundred and twenty five steps to the beach. Outdoor pool can be heated for a price. Full size stainless steel appliances. Outdoor kitchen for late night grilling is a must for any vacationer. This home has everything you need to enjoy your vacation and more. Atlantic Beach is a colorful, historic and growing town in Horry County, South Carolina.  The community is filled with historic beach side cottages, well preserved mid to late nineteenth century buildings and beautiful custom designed vacation getaways.  These structures provide the foundation for the forward-thinking plans being developed to preserve the Town of Atlantic Beach which has been historically important in African American culture along the South Carolina coast since the 1930s.  

The Town of Atlantic Beach Master Plan is designed to promote the continued growth and revitalization of the Town and provide guidance on the implementation of our Town Vision. The primary objective is to provide for growth and development in a manner that respects and balances the goals of the Town and its unique historical and physical characteristics. To position the Town to benefit from the added social and economic value of redevelopment, this Plan provides guidance on public and private physical improvements targeted at the re-invention of a unique sense of place, as it is this uniqueness that will distinguish the Town within the regional and national context and provide both the impetus for redevelopment efforts.

I stayed at this home with several family members and we had one of the most enjoyable vacations ever, with each other. This home is so spacious, and the owner thought of everything! The home is absolutely beautiful with an open design. There are plenty of places to sleep comfortably. There are 3 levels, and the views from the balconies are wonderful. There are washing machines and dryers on 2 different floors, and that was so convenient! For those who have trouble going up and down the stairs, an elevator is available! The beach is viewable from the balconies and is literally just steps away from the house. The pool, hot tub and grilling area are ideal for a great day outside. I would not hesitate to stay here again!!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sugar Hill, and I cannot express enough how incredible my experience was. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the beauty and charm of this home. First and foremost, the location was absolutely perfect. The beach house was just steps away from the beach and the convenience of having direct access to the beach made it effortless to spend my days lounging in the sun and building sandcastles. The beach house itself was a true gem. It was impeccably maintained, clean, and beautifully decorated. The interior was spacious, comfortable, and had all the amenities we could ask for. The kitchen was fully equipped which made it easy to prepare meals, and the open living area provided a cozy space to relax and unwind after a long day. The bedrooms were cozy and provided a peaceful retreat for a restful night's sleep. A big bonus was the elevator. We’re a blended multi generation family which includes my Elderly mother in law who has trouble going up stairs. She was able to play with her Grand kids all over the house. One of the highlights of my stay was the view from the beach house's balcony. I spent hours sipping my morning coffee and enjoying a glass of wine (and cocktails lol) in the evening. The home has 4 oversized balcony’s and they were the perfect spot to fellowship while we were with our family. The customer service provided by the property management team was exceptional. They were friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was nothing short of perfect. Their attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction truly made a difference. Lastly, the location of the beach house was ideal. It was conveniently located near popular attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. I would highly suggest going to the Barefoot landing. Whether I wanted to explore the town, eat seafood, or shop for souvenirs, everything was just a short drive away. In conclusion, my stay at Sugar Hill was an absolute dream. The location, well-appointed accommodations, and top-notch customer service exceeded all my expectations. I cannot wait to return to this little slice of paradise and create more memories. If you're looking for a beach getaway that ticks all the boxes, I highly recommend booking a stay at this beach house You won't be disappointed! Thank you to the owners and management team for providing such an exceptional experience.

I had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful and tranquil beach home with friends during August 2023. The decor of this home was lovely and you could tell that the owner put a lot of thought into creating a beach vibe throughout. There was plenty of space to ensure privacy and comfort. Each bedroom had its own bathroom and that was a plus because 10 of us stayed there. We enjoyed congregating in the game room and at the pool where we sipped libations and grilled. It was lovely having the option of going to the beach on one day or enjoying the pool on another. On a couple of days we did both. The beach was extremely close and we would take our umbrellas and picnic baskets to enjoy swimming, sun bathing, and kite flying.

We took a chance on this rental with no pictures available based on the description and location. We were more than pleasantly surprised at this rental. 1st family to get to stay and it did not disappoint. The pool is amazing and the space is great for families with children. Decor is on point and you get the beachy vibes the minute you walk in. Location makes this one a great value for the rental fee. If you are looking and considering go ahead and book it, you won’t be sorry. We greatly appreciated the owners and Elliotts for their great service.
