Description
This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
Windy Hill is a welcoming home base for a North Myrtle Beach getaway, with the beach just a short walk away and plenty of opportunities to enjoy sunny days along the coast. Summer-Salt brings that relaxed beach-town feeling to your stay, with four bedrooms and three bathrooms comfortably accommodating up to eight guests. This pet-friendly house welcomes dogs under 35 pounds, so your smaller four-legged family member can join the vacation, too.
Inside, hardwood flooring, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances create a comfortable setting for spending time together. The dishwasher makes cleanup easier after meals, while the in-unit washer and dryer help keep beach towels and vacation clothes fresh throughout your stay. After a day in the sand, rinse off in the outdoor shower before gathering around the picnic table. The living room features a 65-inch flatscreen TV, with 42-inch flatscreen TVs in two bedrooms for added entertainment.

A lovely home. Everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. Enjoyed being close to the beach. Elliot does a great job looking after their renters!
The summer salt is a wonderful house to stay in. Super close to the beach and a ton of other places (stores, restaurants). We rented a golf cart and had a blast riding around. There is a great little coffee / ice cream place a few blocks away called Native Joes highly recommend. And if you get a chance eat at the Lava Korean restaurant absolutely delicious. Thanks so much Elliott. Rentals we had a great stay.
We really enjoyed our time at Summer-Salt. The house fit our family's needs well and the proximity to the beach was fantastic (just a few minutes to walk, approximately 2/10 miles away. We usually go to Folly Beach in the summer, but it has gotten so crowded and the beaches have eroded tremendously, making it seem even more crowded due to less beach space. We had not been to North Myrtle Beach in over 20 years and were pleasantly surprised at the cozy residential feel even though just a few blocks away everything was at our fingertips. The house had a fully stocked kitchen. The only suggestion would to be some more flatware, as spoons are lacking.
Clean area to stay in; close proximity to beach and more than enough room!
Enjoyed our stay very much. Check in was easy , location was close to beach. Would definitely use this unit again.
