This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties are allowed. Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash, and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

At Sun of the North Myrtle Beach, you can enjoy the waterfront scenery from the channelside rocking chairs or spend a peaceful afternoon on the furnished covered patio. This four-bedroom, two-bathroom house sleeps up to 11 guests, making room for family and friends to settle in together. Bring your boat and make use of the floating dock, or unwind on the backyard swing after a day exploring the coast. Inside, stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, a Keurig, and an in-unit washer and dryer add everyday convenience. Would have liked the back yard fenced in and lights

Sun Of The North Myrtle Beach is a very nice property. It has all the amenities to provide for a great vacation. Its location allows is located to easily access any location on the beach.
Great location in Cherry Grove. Spacious area. Easy check in and check out. Very responsive. Exactly as described. Will be back to that location
Needs a better grill and not roll out beds , they are uncomfortable
Overall our stay was pleasant. All the appliances and AC work amazing and kept us cool on a steamy hot week. Great access to the beach and enjoyed the spacious back deck.
It is a cute place. There's some work to be done.

Love staying with Elliott’s. Earlier in the week we had an issue with The a/c. They had it fixed within a few hours (it was an after hours call too).
Really nice location, really nice deck to sit and enjoy. Guys enjoyed fishing from the dock. Could use a griddle for the kitchen cooking, but overall was good. Had nice neighbors.
Rented the home for the entire month of December. The home is an older traditional beach house, but has everything you need. It needs a little work, but nothing to stop you from having a good vacation. It is in a great location, close to beach access and stores. I definitely rent it again.
