This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
A fabulous oceanfront view from the The Good Life beach house in North Myrtle Beach just might permanently raise the standard for future vacations. After you see the four bedrooms, two baths, sunshine-filled living room and fully-equipped kitchen, you will not likely settle for less for your North Myrtle Beach vacation.
A spacious and serviceable floor plan, cheerful decor and comfy furnishings represent only a few of the reasons so many people choose to return as frequently as possible to The Good Life. A non-smoking rental, The Good Life is ideally situated in the Cherry Grove neighborhood of North Myrtle Beach. Previously called “Super Fun” and “High Cotton,” families and friends can’t wait to return year after year. Prepare meals and snacks in the fully equipped kitchen and rinse sandy swim trunks in the washer and dryer. Enjoy flatscreen TVs in each of the bedrooms, DVD players and WIFI for your entertainment -- if you can bear to leave the ocean's edge.
A patio with chaise lounge chairs separates the well-furnished deck from the sandy beach. It's a million-dollar view easily observable from the home's private deck furnished with comfy rockers, a porch swing and picnic table. A staircase descends to ground level where you can saunter to the shore. Wade in the waves while searching for buried shells with your toes. If the mood is right, dive right in and let the water and warmth of the sun energize. Rinse the day away with the outside shower before turning in. Since The Good Life sits at the edge of the shore, it's easy to sprint inside for a refresher beverage, a snack or a fresh towel. A grill begs for a picnic with seafood fresh from the local market or caught fresh at the nearby Cherry Grove Fishing Pier.
When your North Myrtle Beach vacation includes reservations at The Good Life, all the Grand Strand attractions are easily accessible. Play golf at a nearby championship golf course or learn to shag in Ocean Drive. Take in a show at a live dinner theatre or shop the outlet malls. You will wish for more of The Good Life days. I really like the property and I would come back.
The house was as pictured. There are plenty of dishes as another reviewer said. The bathrooms are a little outdated with tubs and that was a little of a concern with 5 senior citizens with us. However, the views from the porch were incredible and we enjoyed it so much. We all agreed it was the most relaxing vacation of our lives.
Enjoyed week. Beautiful location. Pictures online were exactly what we experienced.
The house is a great location, the deck overlooking the ocean was wonderful. Plenty of seating and dishes/utensils.
