This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
You will certainly feel like you have hit the big time when you book The Jamestown for your vacation stay in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. With its eight bedrooms, nine full baths and two half baths, this rental house provides plenty of room for family togetherness and bonding. With so many folks lodging under one roof during their beach vacation, it is refreshing to note that The Jamestown is equipped with two washers and dryers, three dishwashers and three refrigerators to handle the practical needs of such a large group. The owners of this luxury rental house know about the needs of larger, traveling groups as is evidenced by the amenities provided in The Jamestown.
Little people need to wiggle and get their energy out and an outdoor swimming pool at this luxury rental house provides a convenient outlet for their energetic enthusiasm. For an additional fee, the pool can be heated March-Sept. An outside shower helps keep that pesky, South Carolina sand at bay and out of the house.
Of course, the most coveted amenity of any rental in the Grand Strand is the oceanfront location. The Jamestown is nestled right on the ocean in the Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina and provides plenty of convenient access to the shore of the Atlantic any time of the day or night. Being the first to take to the sand to find the most prized treasures coughed up by the ocean onto the beach throughout the night will be an easy endeavor when you vacation at this luxury rental house. Of course, a cracked window or open patio door lets the alluring sounds of the ocean into your dwelling any time you desire. Who would need a noise maker to help them sleep with the call of the ocean right outside the door?

Amazing house perfect for large families or groups. House was clean and in good repair. Excellent floor plan to enjoy common areas but large bedrooms as well. Walkway out to beach goes all the way out so no rough sand from dunes for someone to navigate if they have any issues getting around. Great pool and pool deck area for soaking up the sun. Looking forward to booking again next year.
My family and I stayed at The Jamestown for Christmas break. We had a family of 20, everyone enjoyed the place. The place clean and spotless, the kitchen was fully equipped with pots and pans and lot of glasses and dinnerware. We had family members that came from up north and they were over joy with the place. our check in was very easy and Elliott Reality was very friendly and helpful. We look forward to our next visit.
