Had a lovely stay at this charming beach cottage once again! Less than 200 steps to the beach with a large deck and a huge lot, This house will sleep 13 but the upstairs is perfect for just two as well. It’s a corner lot in an upscale residential neighborhood but so close to everything you would want in the Ocean Drive or Cherry Grove area. The view of the ocean is great and the house is very well appointed. I plan to come back time and time again!

I cannot say enough about how much I love this beach house! This was my family’s second trip here, and we will come back every year. The location is perfect; right across from the beach access in a family beach (no high rises). The house is lovely and updated, and it has several gathering areas including a large and well appointed deck with ocean views. The large corner lot yard was perfect for our nightly softball games, then we moved to the deck to grill out and watch the stars come out. This house feels like a home instead of a beach property, and we will keep coming back to build our family memories here!

A beach house right out of Elin Hilderbrand's novels! As soon as we walked in, I felt transported to a small beach town, with the house's perfect decorations, spacious bedrooms, and classic kitchen and bar area. My husband and I visited for our first anniversary and will likely come back every year. Each morning, we woke up and had coffee on one of the three porches, one of which had a great view of the beach while the other had perfect access to the sun. The house was in a great location - 12 minutes from Barefoot Landing, walking distance to the grocery store, and a 20-minute beach walk to our new favorite restaurant!

What a perfect family beach stay!! Truly picturesque mornings in the rocking chairs with my daughter watching the sunrise over the beach, perfect long days on the beach just steps away from the house, afternoons full of laughter in the big yard, and fun messy meals on the deck. So many things were game-changers for our stay: outdoor shower, beach in walking distance, kid-friendly house, wagons on site, many rooms & showers, well-stocked kitchen, etc. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for four adults and five kids. Everyone had a blast. Trips with young children are rarely vacations; because of this well-cared-for, well-loved home, this one actually was. We made such beautiful memories here, we will absolutely be back!

We had a great time in this classic updated home. The ocean view from the top floor is beautiful and the home is clean and well decorated. The home is large enough that we did not feel like we were on top of each other. The large back yard was a great place for the kids to play in, and the downstairs den gave the kids a place to play video games while the adults enjoyed the upstairs in peace and quiet. The large deck was great for outdoor dinners and the beach in front of the house is not as crowded as those down by the hotels and condos. WiFi and amenities worked great. Looking forward to returning there again
