This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
Cherry Grove’s sandy shoreline, coastal charm, and relaxed pace make it a lovely place to settle in for a North Myrtle Beach vacation. Tropical Winds Down provides a comfortable home base for up to eight guests, with four bedrooms and three bathrooms in the downstairs portion of a duplex.
After a day at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower before settling onto the fenced-in front porch, where the furniture creates a welcoming spot to relax outdoors. Planning an easy dinner at home? Fire up the charcoal grill, then let the dishwasher handle cleanup while you enjoy the evening. Inside, the 65-inch living room TV is ready for a movie night, and the in-unit washer and dryer help keep beachwear fresh throughout your stay. Keep in mind that this rental requires Saturday-to-Saturday stays from May through September.

Overall a very nice place and my family enjoyed our stay. Would have liked a larger washer/dryer, but we would book it again - quiet location, walking distance to beach, and overall peaceful.
