This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
Wake up to the sound of waves rolling onto the shore, step onto the balcony for a beautiful oceanfront view, and let the salty breeze set the tone for a day in Windy Hill. With the beach just beyond your door and Barefoot Landing nearby for shopping, dining, and entertainment, this part of North Myrtle Beach makes it easy to enjoy the best of a coastal getaway.
Windy "C" A is a pet-friendly five-bedroom, five-and-a-half-bathroom duplex with room for up to 18 guests. Spend a relaxing afternoon on the furnished covered porch, then rinse away the sand in the enclosed outdoor shower after a day at the beach. When it's time to unwind, gather in the living room for a movie on the 48-inch flat-screen TV. A dishwasher and in-unit washer and dryer add convenience throughout your stay.

It is so nice!! The house is gorgeous and I’m loving the slant of the stairs!! The house was super clean when my family arrived !! Definitely a 10/10
Location, location, location! Beautiful property with direct beach access and private parking. Large enough for the entire family to have their own personal space, while the large beautiful dining table fit us all, making family meal time extra special. Cannot wait until next year.
