Xanadu II 501 is a three-bedroom, three-bath vacation condo. Think of the fun it will be to spend your beach holiday with friends. You will all have ample accommodations in this roomy rental. And entertainment will not be lacking with flatscreen CCTVs and WIFI in the condo and a pristine pool just below.
The pool sits in an oceanfront position as well, allowing guests to tan on the sun deck while listening to the ebb and flow of the waves beyond the dunes. What an awesome location! Being right on the beach, with private access, made it easy to enjoy the ocean every day. We took great sunrise pictures, while having morning coffee on the balcony - which provided a full view of the ocean. The inside space, with 3 bedrooms & bathrooms, was just right for our family. The kitchen was well organized, too. I was glad to have a shaded parking spot. And, everything we needed was nearby, making a quick run to the supermarket easy. This was a great place for a memorable vacation.
This was a perfect place for our family of 6. It was fresh and clean. There were sand toys, and boogie boards in closet. A full kitchen was perfect for lunches during a break from the ocean and meals at night. The washer ans dryer in the u it was perfect to not have to bring so many clothes! This was the perfect family getaway spot!! We will certainly be back!
This is the perfect rental for your family's beach vacation! Super clean, has everything you need with a calm and relaxing beach decor. You have a 180' view of the beach. You can even see the fresh water inlets from a side window. Extremely safe for your family to freely explore. 25 yards to walk to the beach with a sand dune with cactus, plants, and seasonal blooming flowers. Get your groceries nearby to eat in or experience nearby southern cooking and fish, You can sit on the balcony and watch family on the beach and in the water. It is a spacious place with 3 bdrms separated by a hallway, 3 bath, kitchen, dining and living room. Nice pool too for a break from the salt water! We will return!
