This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed. 
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

Salty Dog is an oceanfront single family home that features eight bedrooms each with their own full private bathroom and is ready to accommodate any large family. The home features 4 oceanfront master suites and will sleep 28 people very comfortably. The owners have thought of everything to make this home comfortable for everyone, including a crib and highchair for the little ones too!

Guests will enjoy the panoramic sunrises and sunsets with unobstructed views of the beach, the ocean, and the famous Cherry Grove pier from either of its two spacious oceanfront balconies. The two St side balconies overlook the built-in pool and hot tub. The two oceanfront great rooms feature large dining and spacious living rooms that easily accommodates all of your guests. The spacious third floor kitchen comes fully equipped to host those large family meals and the modern stainless-steel appliances and granite countertops make cleanup easy and fast. There is even a mini kitchen on the 2nd floor for easy access of a quick snack or cold drink. A game of foosball is available to keep you entertained at the end of your long day at the pool and beach.

Salty Dog is a non-smoking, pet friendly home located in the highly desirable area of Cherry Grove in North Myrtle Beach, SC. It features a private elevator a full-sized washer and dryer and a mini kitchen on the second floor. There are two outside grills, Wi-Fi, cable, and flat screen televisions for each bedroom.  The built-in pool with its full width tanning ledge, lounge chairs, picnic area and outdoor shower are fenced in for your privacy and has plenty of room for the little ones and even your pets to safely play. The elevator and oceanfront staircases make for easy access to the house from either the oceanfront or the pool.
