This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
Family Tides 1 welcomes you and the family to North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. This top-of-the-line lower level duplex has a three-bedroom and two-full bathroom layout. Don’t stress leaving the furry friend home because Family Tides 1 is pet friendly with a $300 refundable deposit. Pet under 50 pounds welcome. The entire family will get to enjoy this beach vacation.
The beautiful white and modern interior will accommodate everyone and allow for much-needed relaxation. When adventuring North Myrtle Beach isn’t an option, the full kitchen, flatscreen TVs, and WIFI are perfect ways to keep entertained. A quick five-minute walk will have you approaching the sand beach shores where you can start your adventures. There is plenty of room for relaxing, swimming, and seashell hunting at the Cherry Grove beaches.
A rental located in the Cherry Grove area has advantages when it comes to finding that the entire family will be able to enjoy. Local shopping, family shows, exquisite golf courses, water parks, watersports, restaurants, and more are all within driving distance. The unit was newly renovated with enough room for large parties. We were most happy with the location a short distance from the Cherry Grove Beach public access. The walking distance was about 200 ft to the sand. We had the opportunity to meet the owners while there. They just purchased the property last year and did the current renovations. They plan to do more in the near future to make this unit even better.
