Description
Regency Towers is a family oriented resort located along the beautiful, wide, sandy beaches known as The Grand Strand in Myrtle Beach. The resort provides direct access to beaches and wonderful amenities, and features a large oceanfront pool which is covered and heated during the winter for your enjoyment. The resort also features 2 hot tubs, a kiddie pool, a sauna, and an exercise room. In addition to spacious accommodations, fabulous amenities, and breathtaking views, Regency Towers is conveniently located within 2 miles of the Myrtle Beach Airport, within 5 miles of downtown Myrtle Beach and the old Myrtle Beach Pavilion, and offers easy access to over 80 championship golf courses.
Regency Towers 1602 is located on the southern end of Ocean Boulevard which provides the opportunity for relaxation and privacy, yet is only a short drive away from fine dining, excellent shopping venues, and the full variety of activities that Myrtle Beach has to offer.
Inside Regency Towers 1602, you will find a fully stocked kitchen, and a large modern, and tastefully decorated living area. The condominium offers a master bedroom and guest bedroom and oceanfront views from both the living room and master bedroom. The master bedroom features a floor to ceiling wall of windows overlooking the ocean, and the ocean view from the master bedroom is spectacular. The curtains in the master bedroom, when drawn, will keep out the sunlight in the morning to ensure an uninterrupted sleep. The living room features a large flat-screen TV while both bedrooms have flat-screen TV's as well. Regency Towers 1602 also features a spacious direct oceanfront balcony, where you can see the coastline for miles. The oceanfront condo is located on the 16th floor, and the views are fabulous, especially at sunrise and sunset. A washer/dryer is included inside the condominium for your convenience.

Overall no complaints! Great view and location. Great price for this time of year. Perfect for work trip accommodations.
Everything was pain-free and my neice and i were able to enjoy our time at the beach. Thank you for the great place to stay.
The place was nice and clean. Beautiful view and the staff was great. Locked my key in as soon as I got there called them and they waited for me since it was almost 5pm. Thank you! That could have been bad
Great location and value for this condo overlooking the ocean!
The view is absolutely beautiful, we could see and hear the ocean from the main bedroom and balcony, it was absolutely beautiful. The building was clean and the front desk staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The unit doesn't have high end furniture or furnishings but the price is reasonable and the view is so good, it makes up for it. We had a very enjoyable stay.

Beautiful view of the beach!! Two bedrooms worked great for our family. Everything was clean and comfortable. Area was perfect with lots of fun things to do.
Place was nice and easily accessible to the beach.
