This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
Surrounded by mostly owner-occupied houses in the quiet community of Cherry Grove, Once Upon A Tide is an extremely well-decorated beach getaway. It is obvious from the moment you pull up that this home is well-maintained. You will first notice the beautiful tropical landscape, with attention paid to every detail at every turn! Guests can take in the serene water view of the pond behind the home along with the spectacular ocean breeze from the back deck.
If this doesn’t sweep you away, the short walk to the beautiful, wide, sandy beach certainly will! It is a 3-minute walk, or approximately 600 steps, to one of the largest and most beautiful beaches on the Grand Strand! You will enjoy the close proximity to the historic Cherry Grove Fishing Pier, which is just a block away from this luxurious beach house.
This vacation rental boasts four bedrooms and three baths with flat-screen TVs, free WIFI access, as well as a washer and dryer. There is an outside shower for washing off after a wonderful day at the beach! This beach house also has a grill and picnic table, along with additional seating for barbequing or just relaxing while enjoying the ocean breeze!
For nightly entertainment, this vacation rental is walking distance to restaurants and bars in Cherry Grove, along with ice cream shops and pizza parlors. If you want to venture out, it is a short drive to the outlets, retail shopping, and eating areas on Highway 17, which is less than five miles away. You are also close to all the attractions of North Myrtle Beach, where there are countless experiences awaiting all ages!
A pet under 30 pounds is welcome with a $300 refundable deposit.

House parties, loud noises and extra vehicles are prohibited – violation of this will result in eviction.
*Luxury Rentals include linens and departure maid service. An additional reduced rate luxury fee is added to all luxury rentals.

House was perfect. Well stocked kitchen. Everything was up to date and 1 block to beach. Would recommend and stay again.
We had a wonderful vacation. The house and location was great, only a short walk to the beach. We have always loved Cherry Grove Beach and come yearly with our children and grandchildren.
The house was clean and modern (exactly as advertised in the pictures). The space was perfect for 6 of us. The location was great. It was close enough to all of the attractions yet away from all the traffic. The beach was only about a 3 minute walk. Check in and check out procedures were super easy. I would definitely recommend this house.

Love, love this place. It was CLEAN, well stocked with supplies and every appliance worked beautifully. Quiet neighborhood. Lived the Buffalo head ducks and turtles in the pond. Stayed almost 2 months but had a break in weather to go home. ( western Colorado). It was great!
Great stay! Super informative host and always responsive. Absolutely no issues before or during our stay.
We enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying in the house again. The house was clean and well equipped. The mattresses were comfortable. We have rented through Elliott Realty several times and always had good experiences.

Nice, clean, great location, plenty of room. It was a family affair with my children and grandchildren. Had an amazing time, there was a puzzle available and all the kids took time together and bonded with their families over the puzzle and jaunts to the beach! Loved it and for a grandma, it was memories to last a life time. Hoping to make it a family tradition
