This is a family rental property located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties are allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash, and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
Imagine a place where everything is perfect; a paradise that sits in the perfect spot to take in the sapphire waves, warm sands, and the golden sun of the Atlantic Ocean. "Utopia" is an oceanfront vacation rental that lives up to its name.
Your Utopian vacation begins the minute you enter through the private gated driveway of this luxurious beach house. You will be captivated by the beautifully landscaped entryway as you make your way inside, where you are greeted by an immaculate, contemporary spacious area that stretches from the kitchen to the balcony. It's time to start designing your evenings around watching the spectacular South Carolina sunsets!
After you pick your jaw up off the floor, unpack in one of the spacious six bedrooms This luxurious rental includes four full bathrooms. There is also a detached Mother-in-Law suite making this the absolute ideal rental for everyone! Once settled and your stomach starts growling, head to the gourmet kitchen where you can play host to your friends as they sit at the kitchen bar to watch you utilize the high-end appliances. The dining table allows for conversation with a view of the shore while you dine.
During the day, you and your friends and family will enjoy sitting around the expansive and inviting pool and hot tub, relishing the time you have together. Do you have a grill master in your group? Fire up the gas grill for a good ole fashioned BBQ! A short walk across the private boardwalk will lead you to the wide sandy beach. It is the perfect place to set up a volleyball game, build sandcastles, or scope out a cornucopia of shells.
When the sun goes down on North Myrtle Beach, the ocean isn't the only thing making waves. NMB's nightlife comes alive as soon as the sun lowers on the horizon, and whatever type of fun you're looking for, you'll find it here. You can take in a show after dinner, maintain a laid-back vibe with some live music and a beer, or let loose at a high-energy nightclub.
Between the pool, the game room with a ping-pong table, the flat screened TVs, the ocean, and the plethora of outdoor activities, Utopia is truly Heaven on earth for everyone ages one to one hundred!

We stayed at Utopia for a much needed family vacation and it was Utopia. After a day it felt like home. The privacy was devine,as was the pool area. The large livingroom was a treat with all the comfortable furniture to gather on. This a beautiful home worth coming back to again.
Utopia was an excellent place for us to stay as a family of 6 with a baby in tow! Plenty of space for everyone to relax with lots of extra bedrooms and lounge space. The views are amazing and being right on the beach is so great. WiFi was quick and worked seamlessly. We had a problem with the heat one day and within 5 minutes they had dispatched someone to fix the problem on a Sunday morning. It was fixed within an hour of us reaching out - truly incredible response time (on the Sunday before Christmas no less!). We will definitely be back!
This is one rental we would stay in again. The living room was huge and very comfortable. The main bedroom provided privacy and great space. Newer appliances, comfortable outdoor furniture, and relatively easy check in. The location can't be beat. Beach was great for little kids as there were always wading pools and it was very quiet in the offseason. Really good experience.
Beautiful home. The view was gorgeous. We enjoyed our vacation and for the 1st time ever was not ready to come home. This was home away from home.
The house is spacious, easy access to beach and we were happy with almost everything. Elliot Rentals were the managers and they were very attentive and the check in process was easy.

We stayed with another family at this great property on the beach. Location was a short half mile to Main Street, so far enough to be away from the noise of the center of town, but close enough to be walkable. The kitchen was well equipped, and the pool was a nice getaway when we needed a break from the beach. The deck was also a great place to relax and watch the ocean and enjoy the breeze. Would definitely stay again!
This home is nothing short of spectacular! It’s absolutely stunning! Everything from the kitchen to the pool is perfect! We felt like we were in the Caribbean at a resort! Bravo to the owners! See you next year!
Perfect location! Within 20 minutes of everything we wanted to do, and there is a ton to do in North Myrtle Beach. The beach is beautiful and the pool is amazing. The house was super nice. We had plenty of space, everything was clean and well maintained, and the property management team was easy to work with.
