Nice weekend getaway. The property and location were nice.

I was concerned renting this condo since there were no reviews, come to find out out, this is a new addition to the rental market. So I felt I should do a review. Great condition, very comfortable. Every bedroom had it's own bath, 1 bath opens up to hallway, queen bathroom is a tub, the others are low step showers. Comfortable beds (hard-side), hooks on doors. Kitchen well equipped (we did bring our Keurig). Balcony was large, neighbors visible. Building: One man was seen everyday tending to the building and pool. Elevators were great, lots of luggage carts as well as grocery carts. We did not go to the pool, but it was a very nice area. The walkways (2) to the beach were in great shape, hoses in working order.
