This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
Why have the family reunion in the backyard when you can have it on the South Carolina beach? Make a reservation to rent Aw Shucks, and your family will be able to relax on the oceanfront of North Myrtle Beach. This beach house has four bedrooms, two baths, and of course, a kitchen with full size appliances, stocked with all the cookware you will need for everything from a gourmet meal to a barbecue beach party. There are flatscreen CCTVs with DVD players as well as a washer and dryer in this rental.
Relax on the back porch and enjoy the view fo the ocean. Aw Shucks is also pet friendly, so even the four-legged member of the family under 40 pounds can enjoy this vacation with a $300 deposit. Make sure you pack your swimsuit, because you will be able to walk right from the back patio to the Atlantic for a swim. Your kids will love having the beach so close for sand sculptures and shell hunts, and adults can catch up on their summer reading with the sound of the ocean as a backdrop.
Best of all, this beach house is right on Ocean Boulevard. You will find plenty of attractions around the corner, including shopping venues and restaurants. This area of South Carolina is well known for golf; there are numerous golf courses so all skill levels can enjoy teeing off. Get tickets to the Alabama Theatre or the Carolina Opry, or check out a beach club where you can hear local live music and dance the night away. You can charter a fishing boat, or rent a jet ski, or even try out parasailing, as well as go to an amusement park right near the beach. After all that excitement, returning to the comfort of Aw Shucks will actually be your favorite part of the day. This oceanfront rental house has all the comfort and convenience of home, but will be the vacation home of your dreams in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.

he house is located right on the beach, which made it very convenient to enjoy it. Overall, we had great time and we are looking forward to visiting again in the future. Property management was very professional and responsive to all of our needs and concerns. They were also proactive in their efforts to make sure we’re aware of everything we needed to know about the property.
