Make yourself comfortable on the balcony and listen to the waves, watch the most magnificent sunrises, walk on the beach and just relax. Close to the Sports Complex which is what we needed; lovely view of ocean; clean and overall a nice place to stay.

Everything was great!! It was a great location and just a few steps to the beach. It was a convenient location to everything we needed. It was clean and very well kept.
This is our second winter staying in Beach Colony 203. We stayed 6 months last winter and 6 months this year. The unit is extremely clean and well decorated. The king bed is unbelievably comfortable . There is plenty of storage space for clothing and the nice bath and shower is a welcome treat. The owner has gone out of his way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Our experience with Beach Colony 203 has always been a positive one.
