This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.
Covington Cottage is an oceanfront North Myrtle Beach vacation rental house in the coveted Cherry Grove section of town. Perched on stilts with lots of wood, it sports a long, ocean-facing porch and is a classic beach house in every sense of the word "classic." The sound and smell of the ocean are at once healing and invigorating, and you'll hate leaving North Myrtle Beach when the vacation comes to its bittersweet conclusion. The vacation rental house sleeps a large family in five bedrooms. As to amenities, Covington offers WIFI, as well as flatscreen TVs, DVD players and a Blu-ray player in this fabulous beach vacation rental home.
There's a fully furnished kitchen with a big, breakfast bar, and a washer/dryer. Minimize incoming sand with the enclosed outside shower. Do make an opportunity to sizzle some freshly procured seafood on the outdoor grill. Nothing tastes so fine as it does oceanside. All that has secured North Myrtle Beach in the hearts and minds of millions of guests is easily accessible to live shows, endless shopping, restaurants serving seafood caught while you were sleeping and a magnificent gamut of attractions and amusements guaranteed to woo and win every member of your family while vacationing in pretty South Carolina.

Our stay at Covington cottage was pleasant. The house sits right on the beach. With beautiful views of the ocean. The kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of cookware and dishes utensils etc. I don't know why this place don't have more reviews than it does. But halfway through my vacation I knew I was going to be leaving one. Very spacious beach house! We would go back!
The Covington Cottage was a great place to stay, convenient, great beach access and well represented.
Great vacation house!! We are enjoying the stay here. The rental has a great beach house feel to it… The inside is neat and well maintained… we give it a five star rating, spending two weeks here and have already booked next year…. Also high praise for Elliott Realty, quality folks and great service!! We are from out of State and enjoy N Myrtle :)
The Covington Cottage was outstanding. The inside was well kept and provided all the amenities. Great location on the Beaxhfront with a large deck out back. We’re already booked for another couple weeks next year. Also, a shout out to Elliott Beach Rentals for their assistance after the Hurricane. Great folks to work with!
