This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

A one-half block walk away from Endless Summer, you will find the warm sand and surf of the Grand Strands 60-mile stretch of beach. Return to your rental to wash the sand off your body using the handy outside shower before firing up the gas grill for a good old-fashioned family barbecue.
