This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed.
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

This beloved corner of North Myrtle Beach brings together waterfront scenery and a laid-back beach-town feel, making it an inviting place to gather with family and friends for a coastal getaway.
High Tide gives families and friends a place to enjoy it all, with four bedrooms and two bathrooms accommodating up to 12 guests. This pet-friendly channel-front home welcomes pets with owner approval and offers a beautiful channel view from the porch, plus a coastline-view balcony for taking in the coastal surroundings. Bring your boat along and make use of the boat ramp and dock, creating more opportunities to enjoy time on the water. After a day outdoors, rinse off in the outdoor shower and settle in for a relaxed evening together. The dishwasher and in-unit washer and dryer make vacation routines easier, while Netflix-capable TVs provide entertainment when it’s time to unwind.

The stay was good, the house was nice, love the easy to step in shower. The issues we had that needed attention quicker rather than later were taken care of quicker rather than later, thank you. it is a very nice house and we appreciate your willingness to share your blessing.

A few age and maintenance things such as doors, cabinets, loose or not 100 percent functioning things as expected with an older home. But we loved the house layout and all the open space under the house and ramp and dock. And laundry room space. It worked well for use as kayakers.
We enjoyed staying at High Tide for our family vacation. We enjoyed fishing every day off the private dock, the walk to beach was quick, The house was clean, we had to sweep a little bit when we got there but we are at the beach, and no matter how many times we swept, mopped and vacuumed before we left , I would see more sand. The air broke the 3rd day but Elliott Realty sent someone out that day to fix it. We would definitely stay there again.
The place is comfy and cozy. Noticeable pet hair.
High Tide is a great place for a quiet get-away. The house has everything we needed for fun and relaxation.
