Living Beach 1 is an impeccable, top of the line, 4,750-square-foot luxury vacation rental house located in the Cherry Grove section of North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Palm trees around the perimeter of this lovely rental house provides a sense of serenity and peacefulness. Living Beach 1 is a perfect oasis set in paradise.
Live well here. Living Beach 1 has such luxury character. It will definitely leave an impact on you and your guests. This rental house boasts of seven bedrooms as well as eight and one half baths in order to comfortably accommodate guests. Central heat and air allow you to control the indoor temperature to keep it inviting. Granite counters an elevator and its other amazing amenities make Living Beach 1 a luxury rental in an unparalleled tropical settings. In addition to flatscreen CCTVS throughout the luxury rental house, guests can enjoy a game room on the premises. Foosball and pool are always a hit when you want to take a break and hang out inside for awhile. There is also a wet bar with a fridge and icemaker. Outside, there is a swimming pool, hot tub and outside shower. WIFI and a washer and dryer are available for guests to use during their beach vacation stay.
Inside the rental house, there are two oceanfront master bedrooms as well as an oceanfront private balcony. Outside Living Beach 1, there is a private walkway that goes directly to the beach. You can enjoy the coast continually whether by view or up close and personal. Walk along the shore as the waves crash into your legs. Build a sandcastle in the sand. Collect pretty shells.
