This is a family rental property that is located in a quiet, residential community. No groups or house parties allowed. 
Adherence to maximum occupancy, parking, trash and noise ordinances is required and strictly enforced - any violation will result in eviction.

On the channel, and just a 5-minute walk from beautiful Cherry Grove Beach, this three bed, two bath North Myrtle Beach home, affectionately known as Mimi & Pop Pop’s Paradise is waiting for you! Enjoy a waterfront view while dining on the covered balcony or splashing in your private pool. A balcony overlooking the neighborhood offers another relaxing spot to take in the fresh air. Launch your kayak or paddleboard or fish from your private dock. Walk around the corner to spot wildlife at Heritage Shores Nature Preserve. Warm and inviting, this waterfront home features original hardwood floors and two comfy living rooms.

LIVING AREAS: Warm woods and plush furnishings feature an open living space with a large sofa and three inviting armchairs. Pine walls and ceilings create a cozy vibe, and a flat-screen CCTV lets you watch your favorite shows. 

KITCHEN & DINING: The fully equipped, kitchen features a full suite of appliances and a breakfast bar that seats two. Share meals in the window-side dining area, where a glass-top table offers four cushioned chairs, or relax on the deck overlooking the private pool and dock.

BEDROOMS & BATHS: The three bedrooms are on the main level of the home. Guests in the master bedroom can curl up in a comfy bed, and right outside is a bathroom with a tub/shower combination. A large second bedroom has three beds, while the third bedroom features two beds. Both bedrooms have access to a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREAS: The house has a private pool, an enclosed outside shower, a gas grill, and two upper-level balconies. The front balcony can comfortably seat three, while the delightful back balcony, offers a prime spot overlooking the channel! Enjoy the view while dining alfresco at the outdoor table. Enjoy the fresh air from the 2nd-floor deck overlooking the private fishing dock and private swimming pool.

LOCATION: Take a 5-minute walk or quick golf cart ride to the beautiful Cherry Grove beach. Golf cart rentals are located less than 2 miles away. Or walk just around the corner to Heritage Shores Nature Preserve to spot wildlife. There is also a Public boat launch just across the bridge. Continue your coastal adventures with sightseeing and saltwater fishing along Cherry Grove Fishing Pier, less than a 5-minute drive away. When dining out, just a quick 5 to 10-minute drive will find a host of great local restaurants or multiple grocery stores within 3 miles.
